Ruben Rico, our owner and license holder, personally leads field operations, quality control, and safety. That means the standard doesn't change from the first bid to the final pour — the same person responsible for winning your trust is responsible for the crew on your site. A safe site is an organized site, and an organized site is one that hits its schedule and its tolerances.
Quality Control, Run by the Owner
Quality on a Rico job is checked by the people who own the company. We control tolerance from layout through the pour, inspect and test the work, and keep jobsites deliberately clean — because a clean site is a safe site and a sign of a crew that takes the work seriously. For exposed and architectural concrete, we build mockups and sample panels so the finish is agreed on before the real pour, not argued about after it.
