Rico Construction Inc. (“Rico Construction,” “we,” “us”) runs ricoconstruction.com. This policy explains what information we handle and why. The short version: this website does not track you, and we only use what you choose to send us.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies. It has no analytics, advertising pixels, social media widgets, or other tracking, and it does not store anything on your device. Fonts, images, and video are all served from our own site, so loading a page does not contact any third party.

Because there is nothing to opt in or out of, you will not see a cookie banner. If we ever add an optional tool that uses cookies, we will ask first, and declining will be just as easy as accepting.

Information you send us

The site has no forms. If you call or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, project details, and plans. We use it to respond to you, prepare bids, and do the work. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our email provider), or when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to build profiles about you.

Website hosting

Our site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it briefly processes technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested so that it can deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. We do not use this information to identify or track visitors. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details.

Links to other sites

We link to our profiles on Procore, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may use cookies once you visit them. Nothing from those sites loads until you click a link.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have from your calls or emails, and ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as contracts, invoices, and warranty files, to meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser signals, although this site does nothing those signals would need to stop.

How long we keep it

We keep project correspondence as long as we need it for the work, any warranty period, and our legal and tax obligations.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
